Notice is
hereby given that pursuant to O.C.G.A. 21-2-193, the list of the names of the
candidates to appear on the March 2, 2004 Presidential Preference Primary are as

who are not registered to vote and who desire to register to vote in the
Presidential Preference Primary may register to vote through the close of
business on February 2, 2004. The hours of voting will be from 7:00 a.m. until
7:00 p.m. on March 2, 2004.
