Please Read:  Effective May 8, 2006, the Georgia Technology Authority will no longer be responsible for billing customers on a monthly basis.  The Office of Secretary of State will assume the payment function for all Secretary of State online corporate services.  All current Georgia Technology Authority customers and new customers interested in establishing a Corporations Division Account will be required to setup an account using an Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment method.  You may complete and print the ACH application from this website by clicking the Establishing a Corporations Division Account link.  Mailing instructions are included on the application.

We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with ACH transactions. Until these issues have been resolved we are no longer adding new customers to the ACH payment system.
