Please Read:  Effective May 8, 2006, the Georgia Technology Authority will no longer be responsible for billing customers on a monthly basis.  The Office of Secretary of State will assume the payment function for all Secretary of State online corporate services.  All current Georgia Technology Authority customers and new customers interested in establishing a Corporations Division Account will be required to setup an account using an Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment method.  You may complete and print the ACH application from this website by clicking the Establishing a Corporations Division Account link.  Mailing instructions are included on the application.

Once your application has been received, your ACH account will be established or updated.  The ACH account will be verified with your bank through a standard ACH Pre-notification process.  Depending on your bank, this could take up to 15 business days.   Once your bank  has verified your account information ,  a confirmation email notification will be sent to the email address listed on the form with a username and password to securely access your account. Once you have received your confirmation email, you can begin using the ACH payment method for future filings.
