The Corporations Division is located on the plaza level of the James H. Floyd Veterans Memorial Building, across the street from the State Capitol in Atlanta. Our mailing address is 315 Floyd West Tower, #2 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, Atlanta, GA  30334-1530. Division services are available through the Secretary of State’s South Georgia office by hand delivering material to 238 East Second Street, Tifton, GA  31794.

The Division accepts service of process filings on certain businesses and individuals. When authorized, service may be directed to the Corporations Division, 315 Floyd West Tower, #2 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, Atlanta, GA  30334.
