Establish a Corporations Division Account

The Office of Secretary of State and the Georgia Technology Authority (GeorgiaNet) are pleased to offer monthly billing accounts to customers of the Corporations Division. A $100 deposit must be made to establish an account. The deposit is refundable if the account remains open for six months and the account is in good standing when cancellation is sought. The account may be used to pay for any service of the Corporations Division, including the filing of annual registrations, new incorporations and amendments. Expedited processing fees can also be paid through the account. The turnaround time for processing a filing can be shortened significantly as the need to obtain a check, and have it delivered to the Secretary of State, is eliminated. Customers will receive a monthly invoice. The customer invoice includes your own customer/client information for convenient record-keeping regarding your own accounts. Firms or companies without a “company credit card” will be able to take advantage of the efficiency of online services! An account may be established by clicking the link below...
