Regulating Agency: None.
Requirement: To preserve the list of existing
creditors and schedule of property transferred or to file the
list and schedule in the office of the clerk of superior court in
county specified in the Code section.
Persons Affected: Transferors and transferees
involved in a bulk transfer subject to O.C.G.A. Title 11, Article
6 other than auction sales covered by O.C.G.A. Section 11-6-108.
Retention Period: Six months next following the
transfer.
