Are you having a group event, workshop, or meeting in the metro Atlanta area and would like someone from the Georgia Archives to speak?  We can provide lectures on the Georgia Archives, the services we can provide, and the records in our care.  To schedule a speaker, please call 678-364-3730 or email publicservices@sos.state.ga.us.  In order to schedule your event, we will need you to provide the following information:

• contact name
• contact telephone number
• name of group
• subject of event/workshop/meeting
• date of event
• time of event
• number of people attending
• subject of requested lecture
• special handout requests
• audio-visual equipment available at the facility
