NHPRC grant-funded Privacy Conference, July 24, 2003 July 24, 2003:Presentation: Planning for the Long-Term: When Digital Identity and E-Records must be maintained by Charles Dollar and Presentation: Lifecycle Management of Georgia’s E-Records by Andrew S. Taylor Charles M. Dollar is an internationally recognized expert on the life cycle management of electronic records, particularly electronic records archives. His experience includes: twenty years with the National Archives and Records Administration working with electronic records; archival educator at the University of British Columbia; consultant to governments and businesses in North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East; and, author of more than twenty publications on life cycle electronic records management issues. Taylor is the assistant director for Records and Information Management Services at the Georgia Archives. In this position, he is responsible for the administration of the State Records Center and the State & Local Government Services program which provide records management advice, assistance, and storage of temporary records to government agencies.
