Forest Resources and Other Plant Life

Citation: Rule 220-4-.02 Record Maintenance and Verification.
Regulating Agency: State Board of Registration for Foresters
Requirement: To retain evidence to support fulfillment of the continuing education requirements, including: (1) evidence of completion of each course or program; (2) a description of the contents of each course or program; (3) verification of the number of hours of each course or program; and (4), for other activities which meet the requirements, such documentation as to ascertain their completion.
Persons Affected: Persons licensed as foresters by the State Board of Registration for Foresters.
Retention Period: A period of four years.

Water Resources--The Georgia Water Quality Control Act

Citation: O.C.G.A. Section 12-5-27 Authority to require owner or operator of facility to cooperate with division.
Regulating Agency: Director of the Environmental Protection Division of the Department of Natural Resources.
Requirement: If required by the Director, to establish and maintain records.
Persons Affected: Owners or operators of a facility of any type which results in the discharge of pollutants into the waters of the State of Georgia.
