Microforms
50-18-120. Authority for establishment of standards.
The authority for
the establishment of microform standards shall be vested in the State Records Committee.
All powers and duties of the State Records Committee as provided in Article 5 of this
chapter shall be applicable to the establishment and maintenance of microform standards in
this state. With respect to microform standards for the courts, the concurrence of the
Administrative Office of the Courts shall be required for the establishment of such

50-18-121. Limitations on liability.
Any public official or his
employee who makes a bona fida attempt at compliance with the standards established under
this article shall not be liable for any damages arising from the failure of the microform
